Banana Passion Shake
Ingredients
ripe banana, peeled
2 passion fruits
150ml/¼ pint/⅔ cup natural (plain) yogurt
100ml/3½fl oz/generous ⅓ cup sparkling mineral water
Grated nutmeg, to sprinkle (optional)

Method
Cut the banana into rough chunks and place in a food processor or blender. Cut the passion fruits in half and scoop the flesh and seeds into a fine sieve. Using the back of a spoon, press the flesh through the sieve into the food processor or blender.
Add the yogurt to the food processor or blender and process for 2 minutes until very smooth and frothy.
Pour the shake into two tall glasses, then pour on the sparkling water. Sprinkle with a little nutmeg, if you like, and serve immediately.
Variation:- To make a mango-passion shake, use a small very ripe peeled stoned (pitted) and chopped mango in place of the banana.
