Ingredients

4-5 ice cubes
1 measure Curaçao
1 measure dry vermouth
Juice of ½ orange
1 teaspoon grenadine
2 measures white or golden rum

To decorate:-

Orange rind spiral
Cocktail cherry

Method

Put the ice in a cocktail shaker. Pour the Curaçao, dry vermouth, orange juice, grenadine and rum over the ice. Shake until a frost forms, then pour, without straining, into a highball glass. Decorate with an orange rind spiral and a cocktail cherry.
