Ingredients

4-5 ice cubes
2 measures dark rum
1 measure crème de cacao
½ measure double cream
Grated nutmeg, to decorate

Method

Put the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker and pour the rum, crème de cacao and cream over them. Shake until a frost forms, then strain the drink into a chilled cocktail glass. Sprinkle a little grated nutmeg on top.
