Strawberry Daiquiri
Ingredients
1 measure white rum
½ measure crème de fraises
½ measure fresh lemon juice
4 ripe strawberries, hulled
Crushed ice
To decorate:-
Strawberry slice
Mint sprig

Method
Put the rum, crème de fraises, lemon juice, strawberries and ice in a food processor or blender and process at a slow speed for 5 seconds, then at high speed for about 20 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass and decorate with a strawberry slice and a mint sprig.
This fruity cocktail is especially delicious if you make it with crème de fraises des bois, a wild strawberry liqueur.
