Ingredients
4-5 ice cubes
3 drops Angostura bitters
Juice of 1 lemon
1 measure Cointreau
2 measures gin

Serves: 1
Method
Put the ice cubes in a cocktail shaker. Pour the bitters over the ice, add the lemon juice, Cointreau and gin and shake until a frost forms. Strain into a cocktail glass and serve with a straw.
