Ingredients
1¼ measures tequila
¾ measure green crème de menthe
1¼ measures fresh lime juice
4-5 ice cubes
Lemon rind spiral, to decorate

Method
Pour the tequila, green crème de menthe and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Add the ice cubes, shake vigorously for about 10 seconds then strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Decorate with a lemon rind spiral.
