Ingredients
¾ measure tequila gold
¾ measure white crème de cacao
100 ml (3½ fl oz) single cream
4-5 ice cubes
Grated nutmeg, to decorate

Method
Pour the tequila, crème de cacao and cream into a cocktail shaker. Add the ice cubes and shake vigorously for 10 seconds then strain into a chilled cocktail gIass. To decorate, sprinkle the top of the drink with grated nutmeg.
Did you know? Crème de cacao, the chocolate liqueur, comes in two versions, dark and white. Choose according to how you want your drink to look.
