Easy-Chicken-Taco-Bowls

This instant pot ground beef recipes recipe will be for Easy Chicken Taco Bowls.

These are one of my favorite instant pot recipes for ground beef because they’re easy, healthy and delicious. They’re perfect for a weekday!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound of ground beef
  • 1 can of black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can of corn, drained and rinsed
  • 1 tablespoon cilantro, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
  • 10 ounces shredded lettuce
  • Avocado or guacamole(optional but recommended topping)
  • sour cream or plain non-fat Greek yogurt(optional but recommended topping)

Method

Step 1

Turn instant pot to sauté, add ground beef and break up into small pieces. When all the pink is gone from the instant pot ground beef recipes turn off instant pot.

Add black beans, corn, cilantro, taco seasoning and stir to combine.

Step 2

Put instant pot lid on and make sure the pressure valve is closed, then press manual setting for five minutes.

Let instant pot work its magic, when it’s done turn off instant pot and let naturally release (about ten minutes).

Step 3

Once the pressure has released open the instant pot and take out a bowl or plate, add lettuce in first and top instant pot ground beef recipes with it.

Add instant pots Santa Fe blend and your choice of toppings (avocado, sour cream or plain non-fat greek yogurt) – serve immediately!
